How long does take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a very small team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains.
What about shipping?
We ship Death House orders both domestically and to a select number of international shipping destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Cardiff UK, you'll get it faster than if you live in Scotland. The Royalmail/Parcelforce site quotes, but does not guarantee, 1 business day for delivery in UK. international shipping is longer and quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 business days. If you have not received your order after 10 days, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our returns and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- returned items must have no signs of wear or use.
